I had high expectations based on the reviews, so I purchased a 90-minute Groupon to try this place. From the moment I arrived, the experience was disappointing. The first step was a scalp evaluation, where they showed my scalp on a screen and told me I have a very sensitive scalp. I was asked to remove all my clothes and wear what they provided, then taken to the room. The technician placed an eye covering infused with eucalyptus, which burned my eyes badly (especially if you’re sensitive to it). Knowing my scalp was sensitive, they still used scraping tools and the technician’s nails, which made my scalp feel like it was on fire. I didn’t complain thinking the next steps would be gentler and more relaxing—but they weren’t. I went in expecting a calming scalp massage. Instead, the entire experience was uncomfortable and painful. I also did not expect a facial to be included; I specifically booked this for my head and scalp, not facial treatments. When my hair was washed, no conditioner was applied. They don’t offer any products for you to apply yourself, I could have dry my hair with a diffuser but my scalp was not feeling good to apply heat plus no products, I have curly hair, and I left with my hair hard, frizzy, and still wet, with no conditioning at all. For those who enjoyed their experience, I’m genuinely glad. Unfortunately, mine was nothing like what I expected. There is definitely room for improvement, and I hope they take this review into consideration so others don’t have to go through the same negative experience I did.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at this head spa in Fulshear! From the moment I walked in, everything felt relaxing, clean, and thoughtfully done. The atmosphere was peaceful and the treatment itself was incredibly soothing — exactly what I needed. Hanna was my technician and she was absolutely wonderful. She was gentle, attentive, and clearly very skilled. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained each step, which made the experience even better. My scalp and hair felt refreshed and rejuvenated afterward.

My sister and I had a head spa day together. We had a private two bed room and we enjoyed the 90 minute glow and restore treatment. They provide a satin cover and robe for your comfort and a secure locker for your personal items. After treatment we were ushered into a room for hair styling, we have curly hair so they used Dyson hair defuser for our hair and they had curly hair products available for us. We had an very relaxing time and look forward to our next visit.

My wife and I had a head massage and OMG — it was amazing! The ladies were extremely professional, and the place was clean and beautiful. From the moment we walked in until the end of our session, everything felt relaxing and well organized. They even finished with a warm tea and a snack, which was such a nice touch. From top to bottom, it was an incredible experience. Highly recommend!
