I’m not sure what is going on here. I’ve been a client for a couple of months and was happy with the service and care provided. I needed a refill on my medication and sent in the request two weeks ago just as I have in the past. Normally they respond promptly but after reaching out several times via phone calls and texts, they keep giving me the run around saying that they’ll look into it and get back to me. Not a single person has gotten back to be and now two weeks later my refill is long overdue. Yesterday when I called again I asked to speak directly with the doctor I work with and was informed that she left very unexpectedly a couple of weeks ago. Bad sign. I pay a monthly fee for them to help with my medical care and am very upset by the way I’ve been treated. As a paying client I deserve some transparency if there is a problem. If you are considering services at this facility STAY AWAY!!!

I had an amazing experience at Southern Grace Med Spa! From start to finish, everything was professional, welcoming, and top-tier. Tatiana Lucy, the owner, is incredibly kind and truly cares about her clients—she’s built such a warm and trustworthy environment. Olga, the medical aesthetician, was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to explain my BBL therapy treatment, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. Her knowledge and attention to detail really stood out, and I felt confident I was in great hands. The spa itself is beautiful and clean, and the results from my BBL treatment were wonderful—my skin looks brighter, more even, and noticeably refreshed. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Southern Grace Med Spa to anyone looking for expert care and great results!

This place is a gem, like a diamond! Pretty sure this is the only medspa in the DFW metroplex that offers an ALL inclusive service plan - all the botox, all the lasers, all the hair removal, all the facials for 1 low monthly cost. I literally spend $400 on botox and $500 on filler at a time, but with my membership here I can get unlimited botox/filler/facials/lasers for 1 low monthly cost - like less than 1 syringe of filler. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and so sweet. They make you feel very special while giving you the BEST skincare! Highly recommend Southern Grace for all your skin care needs!

I joined the monthly membership package over a year ago and have been really enjoying the services that I have received so far. I have definitely noticed an improvement in my skin since then and am looking forward to trying new services as well. I have worked with Amanda and Paige - both have been absolutely fantastic! I have never felt pressured to do extra services that I am not interested in. I feel as though they have both listened to my concerns and needs and taken time to figure out the best plan/treatments suited for me. Highly recommend to those looking for an awesome med spa!

I'm so impressed with the exceptional service I received from Amanda and Paige! The ZO glow facial with Amanda was tailored to my skin concerns, and the results are amazing - my skin is glowing, smooth, and refreshed. Paige expertise with the Moxi treatment was also outstanding, and I'm thrilled with the improvements I've seen. Both Amanda and Paige are knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about their work. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch skincare treatments!❤️
