Kris Schweitzer deserves 10 stars! We’re thoughtful shoppers who did our homework before heading out—on a rainy day with flood warnings, no less. Southern Leisure was our second stop, and after visiting four more places, we circled back. Why? Because of Kris. Even while juggling multiple customers, Kris made sure we felt seen and supported. He went above and beyond, texting us helpful information while we were still out shopping. When we returned, we were leaning toward a smaller round spa under the tent. But after asking more questions, Kris walked us through the benefits of interest-free financing and helped us understand how we could get a better plug-and-play hot tub that truly fit our needs. He also clearly explained how a doctor’s note could support a medical need for a spa. His guidance was clear, concise, and incredibly helpful. Kris provided us with specific directions, making the entire process easy to understand. His professionalism, care, and genuine dedication stood out—and made all the difference.

Bought a Horus from there guys 7 years ago. 7 years later I had them service and professionally clean my hot tub. The service department was super nice and professional and then I can’t say enough good things about Chris (the spa tech they sent out). He was so knowledgeable and friendly and good at his job. Among the best experiences I’ve had of this kind with any product ever. I’m really glad to see that 7 years later the business is still run very well and they are still supporting we customers so well.

Kris at the Flower Mound location was very helpful when purchasing my new Platinum Hot Tub. Info was straight forward & absolutely no feeling of being "slimmed" by a slick sales pitch! The process was simple & Southern Leisure kept me informed of the delivery time frames and the crew delivered on time, answering any questions I had. Was also impressed when Kris is out of the shop, Mercedes stepped up and didn't miss a beat!

We would give six stars if we could! what a great experience - from the purchase with Kris to getting help on a minor issue from Chris the master spa technician – – who came over same day to help us out and truly went above and beyond. We love our bullfrog A7D - it has become more than just a way to relax, it’s part of our solution to staying sane in a crazy world :)

Had an awesome experience with Southern Leisure! Kris Schweitzer was incredible helping me pick a hot tub, learn how to use the chemicals and keep it in good condition etc. I always felt informed throughout the process, and know I got a great deal!
