This place stole close to $400 from me. Do not go here! A little under a year ago I planned for my son to have a 10th birthday party here. It was after a horrible car wreck we were in, and we felt like his physical therapy was going well enough. So I went online and I payed in FULL 5-6 months ahead for the day. I had every intention of bringing my family and 12 children to have fun there. I made and bought invitations, I drove around town so he can hand deliver them to his friends. I bought the cooler they said in the policy you are allowed to bring in for a fee. I was ready. I was just watching the weather week by week and during the party week I was watching it day by day. Then the day before I was incredibly sad to see that the several weather apps said there would be severe thunderstorms the day of the party. And everyone know rain is ok to be able to swim but any thunderstorms you are not allowed to be in the water. I broke the news to my son and then called to talk to a representative about a refund. I was given the complete run around about getting a refund. I was eventually able to speak to a manager about getting a refund. The manager got really disrespectful. I then let her know I was recording the phone call also because it said they were doing the same. *Side note* (I did curse one time while talking with another representative, but it WAS NOT AT the representative it was at the situation of not getting a refund. I immediately apologize sincerely to the representative before she got me a manager.) The manager got on the phone and before I gave her a chance to speak, I stated I wanted to again to apologize to the other representative for cursing. I wasnt mad at her I was mad at the situation. She accepted the apology then proceeded to lie to me for over half an hour. First she told me she couldn't give me a refund because of the policy. And that refunds were not ALLOWED AT ALL because of the policy. I had her read of the policy and she stopped reading where it said refunds ARE permitted given inclement weather. Luckily I was able to pull up the policy and continue to read on and prove it to her. She then got upset when I told her how I felt like she was lying to me about the refund policy. She then said and I quote " I can just not give you a refund based on how you are speaking to me!" Mind you I was not being disrespectful or yelling. I then said, " I should get my refund based on her telling me the incorrect information about the policy, and then saying out of spite she could keep my money." She refused and repeatedly said that she never said that. She then said it is true if there is inclement weather that won't allow the park open I would get a full refund, buuuut if they open for JUST 5 minutes then I wouldn't get a refund. Now after she told me she would keep my money based off of how I was talking to her I felt as though she was a spiteful person. I then said "How do I know you won't just open the park up for 5 minutes just so you don't have to give me my refund?" She then laughed at that logical possibility based on our interaction. Then we went back and forth where I asked her if it was in her training to not tell people about the possibility of a refund or depending on how a person speaks to you determines if they get a refund and she just kept repeating "It's not in the policy". Then I asked here what would the owner of the business say about how she mishandled this situation and she told me the owner trained her specifically! Then she began to cry. Again, I was not yelling or being disrespectful to her. We eventually got off the phone because she promised to figure out something for me and call me back the next day. I never received a call. Then I waited 2 weeks. No call. Then a month still no call. I then reported this to BBB they did the same thing on there and eventually never replied. They will probably deny all of this but I actually recorded the whole conversation. I just wanted my money back! Attached is the transcript from when she said she could keep my money.

The food was definitely nasty. I would think that with the entry prices, you’d be able to have better options over Dino nugget type quality. The park itself was fun for the kids. There was zero mold/ slippery areas. I almost didn’t come based off of other reviews complaining about algae. I think that some of the other reviews are kind of petty. I got there early, but we live in the country. The kids will step on grass to avoid the hot ground, and bring it into the pool towards the end of the day. At the beginning the pools were definitely clean. The staff did a good job of watching over everyone. Overall there aren’t a lot of kid friendly places. Besides the food it was worth Groupon prices. I would have been more upset if I paid full entry.

We visited splash kingdom as a group of 9 adults & 8 kids! The park is smaller than we expected but it worked out perfectly for us. We felt safe allowing the older kids to play while we monitored the younger ones in the kiddie section. The lounge chairs are feet from the kiddie section so you can watch them from your seat! The staff was super nice. The lifeguards seemed moody. There is a lot of shade within the park as well as picnic tables but we brought our lunch to eat outside of the park & they only had 2 sad picnic tables available outside. My only reason for 4 stars. We will definitely be coming back because our children had so much fun & the adults did too!

We’ve been to Splash Kingdom a few times this summer and have loved each trip! The lifeguards are amazing, the staff is super friendly and my kids keep asking to go back. I love how everything is so close together. Thank you for making our trips enjoyable! We drive from Livingston, so it’s about an hour out but it’s definitely worth the trip! This past weekend I even took my little cousin with us! He had fun as well!

We always have a great day at Splash Kingdom. Everyone is so nice. Sometimes it's just me and our youngest boy and sometimes the whole family. It's also a great place to meet up with your friends and their kids to cool down and have fun. We look forward to summer and are sad when Labor Day gets here.
