My husband and I wanted to get hot tub for our 9 year anniversary. I had checked some online sites like wayfair and overstock but I really wanted to be able to talk to someone in person before we made the decision to buy. We went to the Lewisville store and were lucky enough to get to work with Joel Chiang. Joel showed us the hot tub we were interested in and answered all of our questions. We left that day very happy that we decided to go to an actual store for this purchase. The delivery went very smoothly and the delivery guys were very friendly and helpful. We asked them several questions about setting up the hot tub and they were able to give us the guidance we needed. After they left and we starting filing up the hot tub we had some more questions so I texted Joel and he was able to walk me through what I needed to do. We tried out the hot tub last night and it was amazing! The customer service we received from Joel was beyond what we expected. You really don't get customer service like that anymore so we were pleasantly surprised. He really made the buying experience stress free and fun. We definitely appreciate all of his help!

Our Sales Agent, Joel Chang, is top notch, extremely knowledgeable, and helped our family pick out the perfect hot tub size within our budget, and without any pressure. The installation team was great as well. They were thorough and professional. In an age when “Customer Service” is a marketing term, it’s great to deal with a company and a person that actually knows what Customer Service REALLY is. Love our new J445 Hot tub! We shopped several hot tub stores and Texas Hot Tubs was no doubt our best experience. Not only do they have the best hot tubs on the market, their customer service second to none. Purchasing a hot tub is a big investment and for first time buyers its overwhelming trying to find the right tub. Joel Ching was our sales rep - he went above and beyond to help us chose the perfect tub for our home. The delivery team was experienced and safely delivered our tub and placed it exactly where we asked. Their customer service continues after your purchase unlike many of the competitors. This was important for us as new buyers as we've had many questions about our tub. Highly recommend!

We went in just to take a look at some options and Joel was really excellent at explaining the benefits and differences between the different models available. Once we decided to make the purchase (J-345), Joel has continued to be available throughout the process to answer the many rookie questions I've had to make this process as smooth as possible. We called Texas Hot Tub after moving into a home with an existing Hot Springs Grandee hot tub. It was 9 years old and in need of some repairs. J.T showed up on time and explained every step of the process, from what was needed to extend its life to the steps we can take to properly maintain it. He answered all of our questions and by the time the repairs were complete and it was refilled it looked good as new and performed like it too. We’re pleased to have a like-new hot tub and appreciate J.T’s thorough work and expertise!
