The Hidden Gem Day Spa

I received a Mothers Day gift certificate for a massage and facial at Hidden Gem Day Spa and it was one of my most favorite gifts ever!! I have never had a facial before… and it was such a wonderful experience with Alannah. She explained what to expect before starting and through out my facial every step felt divine! She is so kind and professional with a gentle touch. I left feeling so relaxed and pampered and even days later can tell a big difference in my skin. The massage with Holly was amazing, as usual. She is my go to girl to work the knots out of my shoulders! The entire experience with Holly is therapeutic given her knowledge and expertise, I leave feeling so much better and the stress I have in my shoulders and neck are gone!! I highly recommend The Hidden Gem as they can customize your session to fit your needs. I will definitely treat myself to another facial and massage with Alannah and Holly. I had never been here before, but went today because I was gifted a certificate. I ended up using it to get a facial. I had Taylor and she was great! Right amount of conversation to relaxation time and great service overall. My favorite parts were this head massager thing that I am for sure going to buy and then these brushes that she used that were the softest thing ever! I also had the chance to speak to Madison at the front desk a couple of times a she was super friendly as well. I’m looking forward to coming back to try out the massage next time!

Holly and her staff are amazing! My daughter bought me a Mother’s Day massage back in May and they have been awesome. Trying to get me in because of my busy schedule. Once I finally was able to go in this week, Holly was amazing. She asked me lots of questions Pertaining to pressure and how I liked my massages, it was an amazing experience and she was absolutely lovely. 🥰

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed all of my massages with Holly! I’ve probably had about a dozen sports/prenatal services with her and will continue to visit her for bodywork. She uses great pressure and I always leave feeling so refreshed. Holly is a very skilled masseuse and will help address any discomforts you may be feeling during the session.

I booked the Valentine’s Day package and was blown away with this service. My facial with Alyssa was amazing my skin was glowing, vibrant and smooth and my massage with Holly was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. My spouse and I left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and happy. I highly recommend this place. 1000/10 experience.
