I had a session with Holly, and she was awesome! She was completely in tune with what my body needed, asked great questions, and made me feel totally at ease. Even though it was my first visit, I could tell she knows her stuff and really listens to what your body needs. But what really makes The Point Wellness amazing is how they handle insurance. So many places don’t even try, but they accept insurance and will actually work to maximize your benefits. It was such a refreshing experience — super transparent, no pressure to book a bunch of extras, but they clearly want to help you get the most out of what your plan offers. The space itself is amazing — it’s in this really cool, historic building right in downtown Round Rock with such good, calming vibes the minute you walk in. I loved that coming here gave me an excuse to explore the area — it’s the perfect spot to grab coffee, lunch, or wander around downtown before or after your appointment. One thing I’d recommend is leaving a little extra time to find parking. Downtown Round Rock has been growing so much lately, with tons of new people, shops, and events happening throughout the week. You don’t want to stress yourself out trying to find a spot right before your appointment — give yourself a few extra minutes so you can show up relaxed and ready.

I’m not sure how I haven’t left a review already! The Point Wellness creates a very calming and relaxing aura ranging from the staff to the ambiance. Tamar has shown me the world of various different healing methods, has been one of the few healers that could calm the after affects of seizure, and allow me to release all the stress and tension into the room. I’m thankful that each session she uses her knowledge of the last session to make the next even more helpful. I was unrealistically concerned about acupuncture and now it’s something I recommend to anyone who will listen routing them directly to Tamar!

Acupuncture with Tamar is life changing. I leave feeling better in every way every single time. Tamar is knowledgeable, passionate, talented, kind, welcoming, and gentle. Having never experienced acupuncture prior to working with Tamar I was not sure what to expect; Tamar answered my questions and helped me feel comfortable with this new experience. Never have I ever attended any form of medical appt & left feeling better, with acupuncture I get to experience immediate reward for the session. I recommend working with Tamar with every fiber of my body, working with her has truly improved my life.

Charlene did acupuncture for sciatica on me in 2014. I have been suffering for almost a year with severe back pain which 2 Dr.s have said is arthritis above where I had major back surgery in 2017. I’ve done physical therapy & multiple prescription drugs mostly to no avail. I don’t know why I didn’t think of acupuncture. I went Saturday & haven’t felt this good in months. Tamar was great & I can’t wait to go back.

One of the best and most intuitive and holistic providers in round rock! Charleen and her entire team care so much about each and every client they see and make it their goal to get you feeling better as soon as possible. A one stop shop for the best massage therapists, acupuncturist, nutrition counseling and cryo/sauna therapy around. I’ve sent everyone I know here!
