The Spa at II Creeks
We came for two raindrop massages. Come to find out, only one of us was officially booked for the raindrop, but the massage therapist stepped out and came back and said they corrected it (I had a feeling this wasn't going to go well after the deer in headlights look I got when I told her I'm here for the raindrop therapy). Instead of being honest and telling me they booked me wrong and my therapist had no idea how to do the raindrop, she told me all was good and I'd be getting the raindrop message. BUT, my massage was NOT done using the raindrop massage therapy technique, she did use the raindrop oils, but completely 100% neglected to use the raindrop therapy technique and 100% neglected the reflexology. My daughter, on the other hand did get the raindrop technique. So, I was quite disappointed that I missed out, and was charged full price knowing full well they messed up on my massage booking.
We received this as a gift last year and have waiting to use it for our wedding anniversary Sept 1st. We were so excited to use their services as a very good friend of mine uses their services and raves about them. The therapists were great but the massage was not what we were use to. It was a lot of a “pinching” and hold for several minutes than an actual full body massage. We did also tell the front desk and when the therapists asked if we were celebrating anything special we said yes our wedding anniversary. Before coming we were reading/looking at reviews I noticed there was champagne offered, but we did not have any offered to us. This was our wedding anniversary staycation in Dallas and we were so looking forward to this incredible massage experience and was just super disappointed and just the the type of services we are use to. I am happy to hear the other reviews were so positive!
I had a awful time trying to book with the business with one issue after the next and it wasnt until I requested a refund that they were able to move the schedule around and accommodate me. Nice atmosphere, and polite staff, however for the pricing of their massage and pedicure they were the most lack luster feeling like the people just went through the motions. The facial with Olla was the only thing 5star about this place. The most disappointing thing was the $100 pedicure that I was given that was no different than the $40 one at my regular nail place, except the technician let me know nail polish wasnt included and would be an additional charge. I have been to multiple spas in dfw this one is definitely the worst in my opinion. save time and money try world springs, spa castle, the gaylord... anywhere else.
We headed to this spot to celebrate a gf’s birthday. What a way to start the day! Easy check in.. we were escorted to the back quickly, completed our forms, whilst sipping an adult beverage… AMAZING. The services were TOP Notch!! This is the first time I’ve ever felt like they actually heard me! I survived breast cancer, but my poor body forever altered… and she was amazing and let me adjust and move as much as I needed to be comfortable. These services are expensive.. everywhere, but at least I paid and got exceptional service!!! Worth it, and will be back as long as their doors are open!! Can’t wait to book the next outing with the girls or maybe JUST ME. 🎉🎉🥰
The Spa at || Creeks – Disappointing Experience The location is nice and clean, which initially gave a good impression. However, the overall experience was very subpar. I came in for a mani and pedi, and unfortunately, it just wasn’t worth the price. They even charged extra just to remove shellac, which felt unnecessary. What really stood out in a negative way was the receptionist—unwelcoming and not at all friendly, which set the wrong tone from the start. Sadly, I expected a relaxing and pleasant visit, but left feeling underwhelmed.
