The Spa at the Joule

I had the most wonderful spa day at The Joule Hotel Spa for my birthday, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and attentive, making the entire experience feel special and relaxing. A special shoutout to Sydney, who gave me the best Swedish massage I’ve ever had. She was not only highly skilled but also extremely sweet and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. I left feeling completely refreshed, rejuvenated, and so glad I chose to spend my birthday there. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

First time to this Spa and it met all my expectations I’m definitely going back. Kinda new to the Dallas area and I think this will be a quarterly regular for me as I live near downtown. I only went for a massage but utilized the other amenities which you can take advantage of an hour before and after your appointment. It’s not cheap, definitely a splurge. Had a 50 minute Swedish massage which was great! The 2 glasses of complimentary champagne, Rosé or Mimosas is a nice touch. The amenities were clean and well maintained the entire time I was there. A nice quiet and peaceful retreat even just for a few hours. The hotel Joule is also beautiful btw.

I wanted to do a spa day while on my birthday vacation in Arizona, & my appt was canceled on the morning of due to a system error. I’m so glad that it happened & I chose to visit The Spa at the Joule once I made it back to Dallas instead! The entire staff was amazing & welcoming! Cedric was my massage therapist! I’ve only had a handful of massages in my life because they have always been uncomfortable for me or I end up sore. I booked for 50 min & wished that I booked for 80 min instead! I left feeling so relaxed! Will absolutely be back to see him again!

Luxury, design, and experience all come together here. The attention to detail is noticeable from the moment you arrive, and everything feels elevated and carefully planned. Spaces like this naturally create strong visual storytelling, and that adds a lot of long-term value for the brand.

I had the best experience with Sandra at the spa at The Joule. She was incredibly skilled and tailored everything perfectly—equal parts relaxing and therapeutic. I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend!
