I had an incredible first experience at The Wellness Recovery Lounge! I came in expecting to pay, but they offer a completely free introductory session — no catch, just amazing service and care. I tried cryotherapy, red light therapy (which targets fat cells and helps with detox), compression therapy, the oxygen bar, and HUGO high-intensity PEMF therapy — and Lily, the sweet young lady who helped me, explained everything so clearly and made me feel totally comfortable. I left feeling calm, recharged, and honestly a little tired (in the best way!). You can tell your body is doing the work long after the session ends. I can’t wait to go back and make this part of my self-care routine. Highly recommend — especially if you’ve been stressed, sore, or just need a reset.

Melinda has done such wonders with the place! We love every service offered especially our facials with Ashley. She is amazing and does a great job allowing us to just relax and feel at ease. There are other services including a day pass that should be used to explore the oxygen bar, cryotherapy and red light therapy

This place is amazing. All of the employees are awesome. So friendly. I tried everything out and came back to cryo. I plan to do that and the oxygen bar regularly for chronic pain, stress and migraines. Its short to so if your on the go you can at least do that. Such a great place with genuine people.

Went in for the first time today. If you are new, you get to try every service for free! It was amazing! I will definitely be back. I suffer with arthritis in my hands and the cryotherapy was amazing! Everyone was super nice and helpful and it’s a super relaxing place!!

We did the introduction package and loved everything. We got to find out which ones we really liked to make it easier to know which package we wanted to do. Definitely loved the facial and red light therapy. 10/10 would recommend
