To start with Zen is absolutely beautiful! Just walking up the ambiance is so relaxing. I came to get a Chamomile calming facial. Kristen was amazing! She thoroughly explained to me the facial process and products she was using. My fair skin tends to get very red and irritated by products, but everything Kristen used on my face worked great. No redness or burning. I love the sunscreen she applied at the end, sunscreen always burns my face but not this!

I loved how well I was treated. Everyone was so kind from when I walked in the door to when I walked out. I felt like my concerns were heard. I booked a massage for my parents with Nikki for the first time and heard nothing but good things!! They said they felt like a new person so then I had to try it out myself for the first time with Nikki as well! Overall, was a great experience! Would do it again!

From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and welcome. My therapist, Joshua, was just great. Excellent technique and pressure, and extremely personable. He listened to my needs and addressed my concerns. Just a wonderful experience. This was my first time here, and I got a 90 min full body massage with aromatherapy. I’ll definitely be back.

Josh was great, offered guidance, and suggestions on aftercare. Rylie performed my facial and made me feel so relaxed. Products were great and easy on sensitive skin.

The staff was all so kind and accommodating. I had a scheduling conflict last minute and they responded quickly to my email (on a day they were closed for the holidays) and helped me adjust the time. Had a signature facial with Rylie and it was amazing! She was so sweet and the facial was so relaxing.
