1/6/2026: visited for advice on water treatment and got our spa sorted out very well...greatly appreciate the help from the staff at Hot springs of Northern Utah. 7/28/2025: Just purchased a spa from Hot Springs of Northern Utah and couldn't be happier with the whole customer service experience. It was delivered and set up including what to expect and how to maintain the system. The staff have been very helpful to provide advice. It's a well-designed system and I would buy one again from this company. 10/24/2025: Had a part replaced by Hot Springs of Northern Utah that was done under warranty and the service was first rate. Thanks to the Hot Springs of Northern Utah Team for taking care of the customer.

I ordered a replacement cover for my existing hot tub. James did a great job for me, making sure my measurements were correct and corners were measured correctly. James went out of his way to do this. I’m very pleased. This is my second Replacement cover I have gotten from this company, and has always been a great experience. The covers have always fit perfectly and the quality of the tops I do appreciate.

The members of Hot Springs are professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I couldn’t maintain my PH for over three weeks. A coworker advised me to contact Hot Springs. They advised to bring in a water sample. They tested the water, recommended some chemicals, and within two days my PH is back to normal. Will definitely use this company in the future.

Buying our hot tub from hotspring was a good experience from the sales pitch at Costco up until the tub was delivered. They were all so helpful and kind. Shannon did an excellent job explaining all the details of how to care for and maintain, which seemed very overwhelming at first. Installment was quick and efficient.
