I absolutely loved my Plunj experience. The staff was friendly and professional and the facility was spotless, accommodating and even supplied unexpected supplies. I was so impressed with atmosphere that felt like a spa. My body and mind surely thanked me for the effort to sit in spaces where extreme temperatures could heal and rejuvenate. This was a new experience for me that I will definitely repeat. Thank you thank you to the Plunj owners!!

I went to my second session today and it was AWESOME! Everyone is so kind and it’s such a great experience! The attention to detail is really phenomenal. The sauna is so clean and relaxing, the plunj is SO COLD! In the bathrooms they have a shower of course, but also shampoo, conditioner, lotion, spray on deodorant, hair ties… MOUTH WASH! 😂 Plunj takes it to the next level. I feel amazing afterwards. I highly recommend!

Great experience here! It’s really clean and peaceful. The host was really friendly and helpful, even brining us electrolytes in the sauna! I also love the bucket shower for rinsing off, a cool authentic feature. I love that it’s a community plunge and sauna, it makes for an uplifting experience. If you haven’t tried cold plunging this is great place to start!

This place is amazing! I go weekly and have seen improvement in both mental and physical health. All of the hosts are phenomenal. If you can, book with Shelley, especially for your first visit! She’s an amazing host and will help you power through the cold plunge. Highly recommend to everyone!!

This location was so neat! There was softer lighting, pleasant music, and a suit spinner to get excess water out when you're done! Modern water dispenser, well-put together aesthetic pieces, and the bathrooms were very well equipped. Staff was friendly and informative and very accommodating.
