Outsi was an amazing and relaxing experience. We booked a 3 hour session with a meal for 4 people and we had a wonderful time. Maribel and Andrew were great hosts and checked up on us periodically to ensure the sauna and the hot tubs were at the perfect temperature. The plunge pool, with its extremely cold temperature, was incredible to use in conjunction with the hot tub to totally relax the body. The facilities are surrounded by trees and provide an intimate setting, where we could talk and laugh while being in complete silence with stars overhead. The meal was amazing as well, extremely flavorful and well thought out. This is a great experience for those that want to relax after a snow filled day. We would recommend anyone to book and we would love to return if we're in the area again. Many thanks again to Maribel and Andrew for such a wonderful experience.

A magical experience at Outsi shared with my mom and friend. We came down from Chittenden County to treat our bodies and relax following some hard work on my house. Maribel and Andrew were exceedingly gracious hosts. Their flexibility was so appreciated when we found our car towed as we were preparing to come down to Plymouth. The sauna, fire-stoked hot tub, and cold plunge we got to experience late in the day and into the sunset were a delight for the senses. We warmed up in the steam shower after making our way up the lighted snowy pathway Maribel created as the sun set. A delicious vegan dinner and discussion with Maribel and Andrew completed the experience. The towing incident and work on the house were a distant memory by the time we were heading home. So delighted to have access to this gem not too far from my home. Thank you for sharing it with us!

There is something truly special about spending time at Outsi. The physical setting is stunning: the lounge (with steam shower), sauna, hot tub, and natural cold plunge/rest hut are exquisitely designed and built, seamlessly blending into the woodland setting. Lovingly prepared, delicious food grounds and nourishes you throughout the hot/cold journey. And, it is Maribel and Andrew's graciousness, creativity, and warmth that weaves everything together, creating a transportive experience. I am very grateful to have had the chance to escape to such a magical space and connect with my friends, myself and my surroundings.

Absolutely incredible experience. This private outdoor spa was peaceful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed to help you truly unplug. The setting is stunning—quiet, serene, and surrounded by Vermont’s natural beauty. Every detail felt intentional, from the comfort of the space to the overall sense of privacy and relaxation. It was the perfect escape and left us feeling refreshed and recharged. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and tranquil spa experience in Vermont. The lady who runs the show is extremely warm and welcoming and we will certainly be back !
