We had a wonderful visit here, Sam was so welcoming and helpful. We were shown the facilities and an explanation how to use them then given a lovely cup of tea and left to relax. No pressure from the team so you can just use the sauna and cold plunge as much or as little as you are comfortable with, though guidelines on usage were discussed to prevent over doing it! A really nice space with small things thought about, like make up remover wipes and plastic bags to put your wet swimsuit in. Will be looking to return when possible!

Big fan! The owners are first class. A friend & I booked the hour session & did three rounds of the sauna & cold plunge. We easily could have gone longer than just the hour session. The facilities were clean, easy to use, and friendly. The staff are available for your questions & to guide you through the process if you are new to a cold plunge (like me)! I’ll be back, it was a restful break from the day-to-day. This space provided a beautiful rest & recharge.

Love this place. Family owned and operated. Clean facilities, detail-oriented, and attentive. When I arrive for my weekly sessions, the towel is ready, my mug of tea has my name hand-written on it, and the timer at the cold plunge even has my preferred 3 minutes and 30 seconds already set. You're not just a number here. This is truly a classy destination for regulars and tourists alike.

I visited Frostfire for the first time in April and became a member before the end of my very first session. It’s easily one of my favorite places in Lynchburg and has become an essential part of my personal wellness rhythm. If you haven’t been yet, book a session as soon as you can—you won’t regret it!

Went with a couple of buddies and had an awesome experience. The sauna/cold plunge combo was very relaxing and invigorating. The owner was really helpful and laid back and made sure we were taken care of. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great wellness experience in Lynchburg!
