We had an excellent experience working with Amanda on purchasing a Hot Springs hot tub. We had been in contact for over a year looking for the perfect tub, price point, and timing for our family. Amanda went out of her way to provide consistent and knowledgeable support without being pushy. She even set up a wet test for us that proved to be extremely valuable in making our final selection. Amanda is a rare find in the sales world and we can't thank her enough for her support! It feels great to make a large purchase and feel confident about the decision. We did so much research on hot tubs and companies and have total confidence in Water by Design and the team!

Bill, the Service Manager at the Shenandoah location was absolutely excellent! He went above and beyond throughout the service process on my home hot tub. While having the heater replaced in my tub, I wanted to replace the weathered cover as well. He made himself very available to answer all my questions & provided me a variety of options. With his help, I was able to choose the best hot tub cover upgrade product, while still maintaining the unique color scheme of my outdoor spa/entertainment area. Bill was extremely accommodating and responsive as well as friendly and professional, a real pleasure to work with all around! THANKS BILL

We had a great experience at Water by Design with selecting and purchasing a sauna. Amanda was great to work with and was very knowledgeable. She provided detailed information about the different sauna models and helped us choose the one that best fit our needs. It was a pressure free experience. On the day of delivery, the installation team arrived on time and set-up went smoothly. Highly recommend.

We purchased a hot tub from them weeks ago for our patio and we’re so pleased with the service and the product, everything went smoothly from purchased to delivery.
