We’ve had our new BullFrog A8 spa / hot tub up and running for a week now, and we are very happy with it! We met Sales Manager Tony Spivack in this store more than a year before our purchase, and he has been patient, helpful, thorough, and ultra professional at all times. He visited our house before delivery, and during start-up to ensure things went smoothly. We also received quick guidance and good help from others at the store as well. We’re enjoying the features of our spa, so far it’s been easy to start-up and use. The delivery sub-contractor provided on-time, friendly, and quick removal of our old hot tub and placement of our new hot tub. Thus we are completely satisfied with Ole’s thorough and friendly service and BullFrog’s product. As regards electrical hookup of the tub, we used our go to electrical contractor George’s Electric, opting for a “time and materials” service versus getting a quote (we received a quote from a different contractor which apples-to-apples was 2.5 times higher than George’s Electric actual bill based on time and materials). Suggestion: do the non-electrical prep like clearing obstructions / bushes and identifying the correct breaker, etc. yourself to help shorten the electrician’s time on your site. Our hookup took less than one hour. There is one minor thing I would suggest BullFrog change: give customers the ability to toggle off the process of waking up the control screen, or at least significantly increase the time the screen will be active after waking up. While the spa user only needs to use one finger to swipe logos together to wake up the screen, it’s already a bit tedious to have to do that again and again, it’s even more tedious as I see no purpose in having the controls screen “sleep all the time” — to me it does not make the spa safer, couldn’t be saving one iota of power, private info is not displayed on the screen, there is no threat that terrorists will switch your temperature to boil or will spend time changing your lights from blue to orange, and surely screen life is not an issue? I suggest that all potential buyers become familiar with the screen wake up process (to be clear, Tony did demonstrate that to us from the word “go”). It’s a bit annoying even after only 1 week of doing that simple “swipe”, however it is easy to do and this is probably personal geeky nit-picking on my part. 🤓

Had to wait over 2 months for an appointment. I knew what was wrong and told them during the initial call. They could have ordered the parts, at that time. Two months later, a technician comes out and sure enough, it's what I thought. They ordered the part, heard back from the 5 week later and they scheduled a time to install it. Day before the appointment got a call, wrong part was sent. Had to wait 3 more weeks for the right part. They come out, install it and leave before getting everything all the way going. Within a hour of the technician leaving, we get a super weird noise. It's Friday evening and they're closed Saturday. Whole family super bummed out that it wasn't working right after waiting all that time. We get them to come back out and the technician took apart the deck surround to fix it. Appreciate the work that he did but the deck isn't the same. Now, they're trying to bill me for the follow up visit. It's their fault they had to come out a second time. The technician is always in such a hurry. If he could chill a minute, there would not have been a second call. We live in Port Orchard area and try to use the local businesses. We will not call them again.

Nothing but praise for Ole's. Hands down the best place to buy a spa. Tony is the man! He explains all you need to know about spa ownership and shows you want you want not what needs to be sold. We decided on a bullfrog and have been very happy owners ever since. We had some trouble early on with chemicals, called and Ole himself came out and walked us through it. Completely satisfied customers.

Ole's recently finished a complete coping, tile and plaster remodel of our 20'x40' HOA pool. They were easy to work with and the finished product looks great! They directed me to their local distributor for tile and coping samples which was extremely helpful. The work stayed on schedule and the finished product looks great! I can't say enough about their commitment to customer satisfaction!

Nothing but great things to say about the company, the people, and the product. I bought a Bullfrog hot tub and absolutely love it. The purchase process was a great experience and when I've required warranty work they are on top of it right away and get things fixed very quickly. Great communication and nice people to work with. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing.
