I had a great experience buying my hot tub. My sales associate was Scott and he was fantastic. I was ready for a hot tub but was trying to do as much shopping as i could online, until i couldn't, because i hate the experience of going onto a salesroom floor and feeling pressured into buying something because of that pushy commission based salesman tactic. So i was dreading having to go inside to look, but it was a wonderful experience. Scott was knowledgeable, kind and patient with my energetic kids, and wasn’t pushy at all. He gave me as much time as I needed to look around, and answered all my questions. He was willing to work with my budget and even found me a great deal on a brand new hot tub that was marked down because of a defect that didn’t affect the functionality. I told him i wanted to go home and think about it and discuss it with my husband, and he let me go without trying to push me into a decision. I was so pleased with my whole interaction that i didn’t even need a few days to make the decision. I came back within a couple hours and sealed the deal, and Scott made it as easy and seamless as possible. This was a great experience and I would absolutely buy from Olympic Hot Tubs in the future. If you are in the market but haven’t gone in because you are thinking it’s going to be like buying a car and you have to deal with pushy salesman who try to haggle and nickel and dime you and you hate that experience, don’t wait because it’s not like that at all.

My husband and I had a great experience buying our first hot tub ever from John Dunn at the Everett location. We had done our homework and came in knowing what options/features we were looking for, what our budget was. We knew as long as we weren't pressured or feeling set up to buy more than we wanted we were there to purchase. John did an excellent job of helping us with the process of selecting the perfect tub that checked all of our boxes! It was such a relief to find that he was not high pressure or selling us something we didn't want. Before going in I had anticipated this would be a similar process to buying a car (which is never easy or fun). Thanks John, we are looking forward to our tub delivery next month. It was a pleasure meeting you! And even though it wasn't on our radar initially I also want to thank you for recommending the upgrade on the cover. Everything I read in hot tub groups say it is well worth the extra $$. I was also pleased to find after we got home and looked up more info on the cover it is made here locally in Spokane, WA! Love that!

We were shopping for a new hot tub and looked at several places and the last place we went was Olympic. ( I wish we had just gone there 1st). We were greeted by Catherine. She showed us several options in the new showroom. She was very knowledgeable, explained all the options, and gave us time to discuss it, and think about it. She answered all our questions and made us feel at ease as this was a big purchase for my wife and I. I am so glad that Catherine helped us . We purchased the Limelight Flash (salt water system) and we couldn't be happier with it. The delivery process, orientation, and every concern we had was taken care of by Catherine and Olympic. This is a top notch company and we were well taken care of by a top notch salesperson. thank you so much Catherine ! Love the way it looks on our new patio We have been in it every day since our setup !! Thank you so much !!

We had a great experience purchasing a new hot springs spa from Scott Horton at Olympic. He answered all of our questions and being first time hot tub owners made sure we understood all of the functions and requirements to use and maintain the tub to get the most out of our investment. Even after the sale he stayed in regular contact with us as the delivery date and set up approached ensuring everything was on time and went smoothly, which it absolutely did! Thank you Scott for the great sales experience, the delivery team which took great care of the hot tub making sure it was set in place without a scratch exactly where I needed it, and their technician Neil who did our final set up and orientation, we were hot tubbing in no time, well done Olympic!!

I had a great experience with David Heimann at Olympic Hot Springs Everett. He walked us through a wet test of the Hot Spring Flair. Super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Ultimately, we could not buy from him because we were out of the territory where Olympic services, but even knowing this, he went above and beyond to help show us the product. Super classy, easy going, and a great salesperson. Highly recommend. Olympia is great, too! We own another Hot Springs tub in our Seattle home which we've had for 5 years and love it. David Bayless was our salesperson in Seattle and he is incredible, too! Can't go wrong with Olympic.
