Marshall from Olympic Hot Tub in Tacoma is the man you want. His buddy Tab Birdsell is also great. I want to start off by saying Marshall was super patient and answered all my questions. I was between jacuzzi and Hot Spring tubs and Marshall was great with making sure I got the best deal and quality tub for my needs. As a seasoned combat vet my body has some issues with it and he made it easy to decide what was going to take care of my body over the long haul. He got me a reasonable price and was able to sweeten it up with a cover lifter and took care of the delivery fee for me. I know this wasn't a typical sale, but I do appreciate the honesty, integrity, and patience Marshall showed me. I'm super stoked on the team that will be taking care of my tub in the future. Delivery was easy as it gets, they were a good quick team. I had some weird anomaly within the hot tub control panel at first based off previous model of the Hot Spring Relay, but the new 2025 model is slightly different and ended up being perfectly fine. I honestly found my experience to have been smooth, quick, and reliable. I look forward to owning and using my new Hot Spring Relay for the next 20-30 years. Thanks Marshall and I appreciate the Olympic Hot Tub Team.
Back in the ancient past (27 years ago) we purchased a HotSprings Hot Tub from Olympic Hot Tub. It has served us well. So, when the time came to replace it, we went back to Olympic again. Over the years we found Olympic to be an outstanding service company and in the long run, it is much less expensive to purchase a Hot Tub that is energy efficient and will last, like a HotSprings. Their Sales Rep. in the Tacoma store, Marshall Bryceson, did an excellent job explaining all the features and answering all our questions, helping us to select the Tub that fit us best. We are very happy, not only with the with the purchase, but also with the removal of the old Tub and the new installation. If you are in the market for a Hot Tub, and want one that is efficient and lasts, go to Olympic and ask for Marshall.
Marshall has been a tremendous help in purchasing a new hot tub. He was able to help me in the selection process to help me zero in on what I wanted in a hot tub, he educated me on the differences in specs of available tubs, and even referred Carpenters and an Electrician to help me assess where to place my hot tub, etc. The referrals were super responsive and helpful as well! Marshall went out of his way in providing his text number for any additional questions I might have as we went through the purchasing steps. When I had questions, he promptly responded, even on his days off! I am very pleased with the level of service so far and I look forward to delivery.
I could not be more pleased with my new FreeFlow hot tub and my experience with Olympic Hot Tub in Tacoma, especially my sales agent Marshall. From the very beginning the customer service and communication was outstanding. All the details were discussed and everything took place as planned. Upon delivery, there was an issue with the electrical cord that had been damaged in the move. Someone was sent out the same day to exchange it for a new one. This is my first hot tub and I feel 100% confident knowing exactly how to maintain it and who to call if I have any questions. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend Marshall!
Great experience buying a hot tub here. They really helped find the right one for me. They didn't upsell me or have a pre prepared pitch. Whenever my wife or I had questions the emailed back promptly with a ton of great info. Very professional and knowledgeable. I don't normally do reviews but they were that good and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a tub or sauna.
