I called Oregon Hot Tubs on a Saturday to attempt at ordering a keeper clip for my Grandee Hot Tub. The parts department was closed but that didn't deter their Sales Representative, Jamie H. from taking care of me. She stated that she would look it up and call me back. Within 5 minutes she called me back with the price and that they had it in stock in their warehouse. I was astonished that she took the time to go overboard and look it up for me. I had already ordered my headrests for my hot tub on Amazon which are not the exact same as the OEM. Being that she did such a great job taking care of me that I cancelled my Amazon order and added the headrests to my order even with them costing me more due to the fact that their sale rep went over and above her duties. Great Job Jamie! You just don't get this type of service these days. Like I told Jamie.... Most Sale Representatives would have just told me that the warehouse was closed and to call back on Monday... Not Jamie.. Awesome job Jamie H. You just can't find this level of service anymore...

Cynthia at the Vancouver Hog Springs location is so sweet, patient and helpful. We had some trouble with our water in Battle Ground being high in Phosphorus and hard water so we really needed our hand held and she was so patient! Seems like we got it dialed in now! :) Update: fast forward one year. We have had each side of the outside panel lift. The first side they fixed after 2 months of waiting. I asked them to clip the other side too, because if the first side lifted after month one the other side surely would. It did. Now they have me waiting 6 months for a new side panel. The top control had to be replaced and the bottom skirt had to be repainted as the paint lifted in the first two months. I love the hot tub but for 13k I would expect higher craftsmanship. I will only remove one star because it is still a great hot tub and we enjoy it.

We met Jamie Harms at the Costco product demonstration in Warrenton, Oregon earlier this year. She was very helpful and informative about Oregon Hot Tubs, and as we got home, we contacted her and arranged to meet at their same event at the Costco Wholesale Store in Salem, Oregon. We had a list of questions and Jamie had an answer for everyone of them. We purchased our Oregon Hot Tub and took some time to recycle our old jacuzzi and prep the area. The scheduling for delivery was smooth and the technicians were great. We're having the electrical wiring done later this month and should have the Tub running this Fall. We can't wait, and are very thankful to the Oregon Hot Tub Team, and the Special, they offered through our Costco Wholesale Store. Thanks Jamie! -Tyler & Olen-

We met Jamie Harms in 2018 and spent a couple of hours talking about hot tubs- we were so impressed with her knowledge and her friendly no pressure demeanor - we decided to wait on purchasing at that time but we recently decided to move forward on purchasing- Our time with Jamie in 2018 brought us back to her and she again was so helpful and supportive - we purchased our Flair model Spa in February 2020-we chose the Tuscan shell color with Gray cabinet, and we chose the saltwater treatment. We could not be happier and highly recommend you visit with Jamie when considering purchasing a Spa/Hot-tub! I have added pictures of our Spa-)

Gabrielle Moyer at the Vancouver location was a pleasure to work with - you should ask for her! She helped me with my Hot Springs Hot Tub, Endless Pool Swim Spa, and Covana automated cover purchase. She was very knowledgeable, responsive and made sure all of my questions were answered. She made sure I could experience the products first hand, walked me through site prep, delivery and service options, and was very transparent and fair with pricing. I would not hesitate to work with Gabrielle again -- great experience!
