What a beautiful experience at Von Sauna. The sauna was clean with easy to use lockers and essential oils. Feeling the float of the barge while sweating out was amazing. David was personable and very helpful to the experience. Also, nothing like jumping in a cold lake after spending 15 minutes in 190 degree heat!

the sauna itself was amazing and the cold plunge in the lake was definitely worth it. however i wish they had showers or even just an actual locker room / changing area. You have to change in the public bathrooms and there's only 2 stalls so it takes a while for everyone to be able to get in.
