Before leaving, they walked me through maintenance tips and ensured I felt comfortable using every feature. The hot tub looks beautiful and runs smoothly. I've always been happy with customer service from Laura and Josh in purchasing chemicals as well as a new cover for my hot tub - even though I didn't buy my tub from them unfortunately. When I finally needed a service call on my tub, they went above and beyond to take care of my issue in a very timely manner, explaining what was being done and way cheaper than I ever expected. My heater went out overnight which caused the breaker to pop. A service technician was able to come out the same day. Dexter was able to quickly diagnose the problem. It was all fixed in less than two hours, including draining and refilling the tub. So thankful for the quick service!

This team is excellent. Timely and punctual delivery, setup and instructions on operating my new HT. Follow up, chemical sales and advice were spot on. Friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Just wish every business was operated with their customers first.

Excellent delivery and set-up! They had to do the whole job in the rain but still took their time to get the tub in the right spot and ready to go. The orientation was very thorough and very appreciated. I can't wait to use the tub for many years!!
