I loved this pool up until recently.. the pool itself isn’t the problem. It’s the people working. Lifeguards constantly not even paying attention, or you have it where each lifeguard enforces different rules. My 5 year old son was told he couldn’t go down the yellow kid slide, but yet during swim class he could? He also isn’t over the height for it either.. they just kept picking and choosing what kids they didn’t allow on it.. Whats funny is serval other kids who are the same age and height were able to go down that yellow slide attached to the splash pad no problem no one said a word.. heck even bigger kids went down it. The inconsistency is ridiculous.. I also find it absolutely dumb that my child can’t wear a life jacket down the smaller slides, but any other pool you go to allows it.. my child is still new to swimming, drowning happens fast.. I think a life jacket on the slide shouldn’t be a big deal, because 90% of the time today when I was at this pool the lifeguards were standing with their backs turned from that slide not giving a care in the world. They wouldn’t of even seen if a child went under and didn’t come back up right away..

Will NEVER return to this pool! My grandson took swim class here 2 weeks prior to us going, he’s was allowed to go on the small slide during swim class but then when we go during open swim he’s told he can’t. My other grandson who is under 48 inches tall was told he’s too big he couldn’t go on it. There were other kids the same size as him who were allowed to go on it. The number of lifeguards here that do not watch, pay attention and arent even dressed appropriately in my eyes to jump in when needed is mind blowing. One girl stood around chewing on her fingernails for 30 minutes NOT watching the kids in the water at each station she went to. Another girl was dressed in a sweatshirt and sweatpants with shoes, a young gentleman was too busy talking to his buddies who showed up! Meade pool is ran better! Yeah, there isn’t as much to do for kids but at least I can count in the lifeguards paying attention to every kid in that pool and being on high alert. Erb not one lifeguard was on high alert.

We frequented pool this summer and I just wanted give a suggestion. There was a front desk clerk that would be better suited elsewhere like life guarding where she didn't need to interact with anyone. Her attitude was indicative she didn't like or want to be there because out of all the times we encountered her service, she was polite to us 1 time. The front desk customer service role is not her strong suit. One day we got stamps after one session and left then came back. My kids ran up to her because she was the one sitting at the desk, she acted like it was such a chore to acknowledge their stamps. She raised her eyebrows and gave them a nod. This is the young lady about 16-20 years old, petite and had facial piercings. I wish her well.

Erb Swimming Pool is a fantastic spot for a family outing! There are two pools and two large water slides, offering plenty of fun for everyone. The smaller pool is perfect for younger kids, featuring a small slide for those 48 inches or less. There's also an area with basketball hoops for some splashing fun. For taller kids, the two water slides are a big hit! The other pool has diving boards and ample space to swim and cool off on hot summer days. The changing rooms are clean and family-friendly, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Overall a nice pool with great kids activities and 2 water slides. Chairs and tables fill up quickly, so plan ahead. The lifeguards constantly yell at the kids. My 8 year old got in trouble for bouncing twice on the diving board before jumping in. My 6 year old was hassled about being too big for the little kids slide, but then also about being too small for the big kid slide. The snack line to get 2 bottles of water took us 48 minutes. Great facilities here, but it appears that there are still some training opportunities with the staff.
