Heat Retreat

We had a fantastic experience at The Heat Retreat Sauna! The location in River Prairie was beautiful, and we loved the cozy atmosphere with the outdoor fire in between sweat sessions. The changing tent was convenient, and the sauna itself provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Next time we book we will do a group session and take full advantage of the nearby restaurants and outdoor fire. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind, enjoy the outdoors with friends and explore the nearby restaurants in River Prairie! The owners had great communication, professionalism and knowledge of the whole sauna experience.

An amazing idea for a cold weekend - the sauna was lovely, fit well in the driveway, and provided a much-needed break from the February greys. Easy to use and they provided plenty of wood and kindling. Really nice people.

Heat Sauna is AMAZING!! They are so kind and accommodating and looking for you to have the best experience! I cannot WAIT to go back!
