Booked our appointment January 22, 2026 for January 30, 2026 9am for2 Massage, 1Manicure , 2 pedicure for me & my husband who recently had a stroke in August 2025. On this same day January 22, 2026 I also booked January 13, 2026 for same services for both me & my husband for Valentines Day. The representative named Sophia was so discombobulating and she had to go over the appointment multiple times. I called Knick Spa back and told them that I still haven’t received my confirmation for the 13th she stated she was sending it now. Upon receiving it, I also received a call back from Spa owner Sara stating that she was making sure that I keep my appointment and what was my issue about paying $30 more for a shared massage room. I told her that I didn’t have to pay more or get a discount when Knick spa asked me & my cousin to share a room during our personal massage. Sara stated those were her rules and I told her it’s okay to have separate rooms on the 30th but we wanted the same room on the 13th. After checking out from our services on January 30th I asked Sara if I was booked with her again for February 13th 2026 & she stated she wasn’t sure to check with Sophia at the desk. I asked Sophia and she stated that she didn’t see anything for me on February 13th. I asked her how is that and she can ask the representative who booked it. I know specifically what I booked because it’s for our Valentines Day gift and when I booked everything was open for the 13th & 14th. Sophia kept lying to my face stating she doesn’t know who booked it. The little 22 yr old girl that did a poor job on my husband manicure and pedicure got extremely loud with me in front of the owner Sara. I told the young lady that I am 50 years old and don’t be raising her voice at me. She replied “I Don’t Care how old you are don’t be saying Sophia discriminated against you!!! Since you feel that Way!, we’re not servicing you anymore! Sara stepped in and kindly asked the young employee nail tech to go in the back. Sara told me well it’s nothing she can do and Sophia made a error. I told her that it wasn’t a error it was Intentional Tort! Sara walked away, I paid the overcharged amount of $295 for our services plus $15 tip for my kind nail tech and told them I would never do business again and how unethical they were. Sara needs to review her core abilities for being a fair non discrimination business. I am African American and I feel like I was discriminated against for the Color of my skin. I wouldn’t have done business with them again if I had experienced racism like this in the past couple years ago from them. Different staff I guess…. I won’t go back or refer anyone else!
I was given a gift card for my birthday and decided to finally take time to use it, it was for a table for two so I brought my sister along (Lord knows we both needed it!) The spa itself was neat and very clean. The atmosphere was professional and inviting. Both the massage and facial was for an hour and they were really nice, what took me over the top was the facial from Kara, this young lady most definitely have BLESSED hands, her facial was top notch, her energy was awesome and she was so personable. My sister was paired with Carley and she loved every moment of it we could not stop talking about our facials and the experience we had with these ladies. Both these ladies operated as if they’ve been in the industry for 20 years or more. We are already planning a return visit and we are excited to recommend Knicks to anyone who ask! Thank you ladies for the experience. We walked out on cloud 9!!
This was my first time going to the Knick for a salon service. I was pleasantly welcomed at check-in and offered a beverage. Cathy was my massage therapist and was absolutely phenomenal. I have a hard time finding someone who is able to find my trigger points and work around the smaller muscle groups in my chest and shoulders. I pre-booked my next massage. Thank you, Cathy!
Amazing! We contracted with the Knick to do Hair and Makeup for our daughter’s wedding for bridesmaids, bride and mother of the bride! Robert created beautiful hair styles and Emily made us all look naturally dramatic. Each artist has honed their skill and the final result was hair styles and makeup that lasted and from 8am till 12 midnight! Bravo! Highly recommend.
Best facial I treated myself to a 60 minute facial, 30 minute scalp treatment and 30 minute back facial. Dresha was amazing. Not only was her technique on point, she was very generous in sharing her great knowledge of skin care with me. I highly recommend her! In addition, the location was great and the interior of the spa and the reception area very welcoming.
