We purchased a finnleo sauna from Leisure Concepts and wow! Customer service to the max. Jim and Kerry are great to work with. They know their stuff and are straight shooters when it comes to buying products. We had questions when setting up our new sauna and they were able to answer everything and with great detail. My husband, father-in-law, and myself put together our sauna in under 4 hours. It was a fairly easy process, the most difficult part was the door, which Jim gave us plenty of warning about. Loved working with them and we are so happy with our new sauna!

We purchased a Vita spa from Leisure Concepts and had an absolutely phenomenal experience! Luckily my husband is extremely handy, so we were able to transport it ourselves to Minnesota and install. The Leisure Concepts team was supportive the entire installation and continued to provide support once we had the spa up and running. Excellent Soaking Bathtub! I renovated my bathroom recently and installed the Suisse 33’’ X 67’’ Freestanding Soaking Tub from Leisure Concepts. This bathtub is excellent. I liked its style and also the way it was packed. The Leisure Concepts guys were great to work with, very patient. (I had a lot of questions!) I found the tub on their website but decided to call and speak to them and I'm glad I did, they know their stuff so I ordered it right over the phone. I highly recommend them, nice people.
