I’m going to be completely honest, this was unfortunately the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. I originally booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage with red light therapy. From the start, this felt awkward and uninviting. I had never been here before and I was literally walked straight to the first room, no tour or even telling me where a bathroom was before starting. The guy I had my appointment with seemed nervous or something. The second we walked in, while both of us are just standing in the doorway he asked me what we’re working on today (which was listed on the intake form, it became clear it wasn’t read over, no introduction or anything either) and he seemed out of it, he said sorry and told me he was tired because he was up until 4 am. The intake form mentioned cupping and essential oils, but neither were mentioned or used. There were no clear instructions when I entered the room about where to put my things, how to get situated, or what to undress to. I had to ask how I should lay. The room itself was absolutely freezing, I had to ask for the fan to be turned off. Even still, I was literally shivering the entire time, legs shaking and so tense. On top of that, there was constant noise: construction overhead (which the owner casually mentioned right before I was brought to the room, without really giving me an option to decline or reschedule), people talking/laughing in the hallway, and radio music until I stopped the session right away to ask if thats really what played the whole time or if they do spa music? He then went to get a little speaker with different music, so I heard that AND the radio. I should have asked to not proceed right here but I felt bad, I’ve never had to do that and didn’t know what to do. He had me start face up (which I’ve always been face down I don’t know?!), massaged only the sides of my neck, top of both arms, and almost both legs in a full HOUR (when I stopped the session), leaving just 30 minutes for my entire backside, the area that needed attention most. I’m not sure what his plan was here? His strokes were also what I thought to be in the wrong direction? It was all away from the heart, (I’m not a professional I understand but I’ve had quite a few massages and I know just a few things about lymphatic drainage or whatever) which didn’t seem right nor did it feel good. He didn’t seem to be very experienced at all and my head was just spinning the entire time, like what is going on? After an hour of trying to push through, I couldn’t handle how cold it was and asked to use the bathroom, I walked back out and asked to cancel the rest of the session because I couldn’t relax under those conditions. The owner did offer a discount, which I appreciated but the overall experience was extremely uncomfortable, poorly executed, and not at all what I expect from a professional massage environment. I would not recommend.

I can't express how amazed I am by my recent experience at The Healing Agenda’s salt cave for halo therapy! As someone who has struggled with eczema, especially during the fall allergy season, finding relief has always been a challenge. However, after just three sessions, my eczema completely cleared up! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, guiding me through the process and making me feel comfortable throughout. The salt cave itself had such a serene and calming atmosphere, making it a truly relaxing experience. I'm thrilled with the results and highly recommend this place to anyone dealing with eczema or allergies. Five stars all the way!

If you are looking for something different to try or looking to gift a special experience I highly recommend checking out this place! This place is amazing for any self care needs! I have been enjoying the salt cave for the last month and feel so refreshed and relaxed! It's a great way to unplug and enjoy a relaxing experience. There are also a bunch of health benefits that come with the cave along with all the other services the healing agenda offers. I also took in the sauna which was fantastic during these cold wintery Wisconsin days! I can't wait to check out all the other services the healing agenda offers!

I’m posting for my boyfriend who received a massage from Sarah (owner) He had been suffering from sciatica for a week. She asked about his work/physical history, gave him advice for at home relief and really explained everything. He said she knew exactly what needed to be done. He feels so much better. The business is clean, beautiful and felt very welcomed. Definitely going back for more!

Loved the experience. I took my mom for an hour in the salt room/ cave. It was beautiful and relaxing. Although I do find the price a bit much. Easy to check in , calming layout. I got a Tour of the place before hand. 15min before the end of my allotted time the lady knocked on the door to let us know. Kids friendly. Chairs, books, toys, yoga mats and a rake are all in the room.
